Reminding you that daylight savings time ends, Sunday November 7, @ 2 AM, so set your clocks back before bed.
Yuck! That means more darkness. I like it when it is light out. Make sure to get outside during the day if you can to avoid SAD (Seasonal affective disorder). Light is good for serotonin the hormone that if you are lacking, you have depression.
But then again, it’s like you gain an hour of sleep, and it seems like you get to get up an hour later. Yay for more sleep! I’m still not going to like it getting darker earlier. I can’t have fun with my kids outside.Sincerley by Michelle gast
